She coaches anybody from the absolute beginner to the competitive Age Grouper and whilst results may differ her dedication to any individual athletes needs is paramount.

Having personally competed in events from Sprint through to Ironman distance and local club races through to World Champs events Sue has real first hand experience of the nerves athletes encounter and the euphoria of success as well – whether this is just to finish or achieve a race PB.

As far as Sue is concerned her job as a coach is to develop a structured program around family, lifestyle, goals and aspirations.
Sue gets great satisfaction seeing a person start at the beginning and see the joy and excitement on their faces achieving what may have once seemed to be the impossible.
